Q:What after-sales service is available?

All products produced by the company are specially designed and manufactured based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology and the domestic operating environment, and the products comply with national standards.

For the company's products, we hereby make the following commitments to the after-sales service of the products:

1. After the installation and debugging of the equipment are completed and delivered to the user for use, the warranty period shall be free of charge according to the contract requirements.

2. Ensure that our professional installation personnel are responsible for installation and maintenance, and provide full-time inspection personnel for acceptance.

3. After the installation and debugging are qualified, the supplier needs a dedicated person to be responsible for management.

4. During the warranty period, free accessories (excluding human damage) will be provided, and long-term spare parts will be supplied at the factory price.

5. The company provides technical services throughout the working hours. Under normal circumstances, arrive at the site within 24 hours (within the province) after receiving the repair notice, except for those outside the province (arrive at the site within 3 days).

6. Regularly conduct comprehensive technical safety inspections and tests on equipment to ensure its safe operation.

7. Conduct after-sales follow-up surveys within three months from the date of installation completion.
