The commonly used research models in drinking water, sewage treatment, and seawater desalination processes are ultrafiltration cups or simple ultrafiltration devices. The method of using ultrafiltration cups for membrane flux testing is already very mature. Ultrafiltration cups have become the basic equipment for concentration, liquid exchange, and membrane flux measurement of proteins, nucleic acids, viruses, nanomaterials, and other materials. Guided by the principle of "putting user experience first", Bona Biology extensively collects and organizes user feedback, corresponding to different maximum pressures, volumes, and membrane areas. According to customer experimental conditions, suitable ultrafiltration cups with appropriate parameters can be selected for membrane flux experiments.
The ultrafiltration cup is suitable for the following usage environments:
1. School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Wastewater Treatment/Water Purification Laboratory
2. Materials research laboratory and membrane development laboratory
3. Research and development departments of pharmaceutical companies and the food and beverage industry

More humanized ergonomic innovative design:
1. The assembly, disassembly, and switch of the ultrafiltration cup are relatively simple, and compared to previous experiences, the operation now can be considered a pleasure.
2. Overall safety features: Internal thread fixation - built-in pressure lock/release valve design, eliminating the need for the previously unsightly and difficult to assemble external protective frame.
3. The new design makes the disassembly and assembly of the ultrafiltration cup safer and easier to determine whether the ultrafiltration cup has been correctly assembled.
4. The design of the input and output pipelines is exquisite, making disassembly and assembly easy and safe.
5. Eliminate leakage (this is a common problem with older products).
6. The design of the stirring rod is more reasonable and safe, reducing damage to the membrane and prolonging the service life of the membrane.
7. The selection of supporting membranes is wider, including ultrafiltration membranes and microfiltration membranes. More flexible selection and support of accessories and spare parts.
8. Provide a new version of the user manual and concise guidelines to make connecting pressure sources and sample operations clearer and clearer.
Filter membrane cleaning:
1. The ultrafiltration membrane can be reused 5 times after certain cleaning after use.
2. Chemical cleaning agents can be used for cleaning, or sponge mechanical cleaning can be used, but mechanical cleaning may affect the service life of the membrane.
3. 1-2% sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution: Clean organic contamination. 1-2% hydrochloric acid (HCL) solution: Clean colloidal contamination.
4. Specific enzyme solution: Clean the corresponding protein.
Membrane preservation:
Ultrafiltration membranes are disinfected and anti-corrosion treated before leaving the factory, and can be stored for 6 months without use (stored in containers with desiccants). After use, they must be stored in a wet state with a 0.5% formaldehyde solution as the storage solution. Rinse with deionized water before use.
