The multi enzyme cascade reactor MDJM-3-3 adopts a multi enzyme multi-stage mixing reaction and organic membrane cross flow filtration method, using materials to mix in the mixing tank and enter the reaction tank. The equipment is divided into three stages of tubular reaction, with the fluid passing through the shell layer and equipped with a baffle plate. The baffle plate has an area of two-thirds of the reaction tube cross-sectional area, and there is a tubular heat exchange system inside, with an external constant temperature bath to provide cooling and heating medium. After the enzyme reaction, it can enter the corresponding organic membrane for filtration. After the reaction, the liquid flows at high speed on the surface of the organic membrane and provides a certain pressure, allowing small molecule substances to vertically pass through the membrane surface, while the intercepted large molecule materials are washed away.
