Product Introduction

The multifunctional organic membrane pilot filtration equipment (BONA-GM-1818H) has the characteristics of strong anti fouling ability, easy cleaning, and high pressure resistance. It can be replaced with microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis membrane components. Through pipeline switching, different precision filtration experiments or production can be completed without the need to disassemble membrane components, achieving unified experiments and cleaning, which facilitates operational requirements; Widely used for separation and purification in multiple cross fields such as fermentation, plant extraction, food and beverage, biopharmaceutical, chemical, and environmental protection.

Product Features

1. The circulating pump equipped with the system is a multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump, and the filtering components are made of SS304 material; Booster pump frequency conversion start;

2. Manual control of the system, real-time display of pressure and temperature, feedback alarm protection;

3. The system is equipped with a heat exchanger, which can achieve temperature control of materials through external refrigerant connections;

4. The system adopts three 2.5-inch membrane cores to ensure a small circulating volume and achieve high concentration of materials. This system is mainly used for later concentration and desalination of the feed liquid, with a small circulation volume, which can effectively reduce the material volume and improve the concentration of the final material;

5. The main equipment, except for the sealing parts, is made of SS304 stainless steel material;

6. Adopting automatic argon filling protection, single sided welding, double sided forming, all weld seams are polished, smooth and flat, with a surface finish of Ra<1.0 µ m. Fillet welds, external butt welds, and nozzle ends are polished smoothly, while internal welds are polished flush.
