2. Conductivity

Select 9 conductivity meters with a range of 0-3000 μ S/cm (test penetrant) and two 0-100ms/cm (test raw liquid in the material barrel).
3. Weight
The weighing range of the balance is 0.01-300g, with 9 sets.
The balance is equipped with two sets of beakers, 10ml and 100ml, for switching to meet the needs of short-term sampling quality and cumulative sampling weighing.
4. PH
Two sets of pH meter can measure the pH value of raw water in the material tank from 0 to 14.
5. Pressure
7 pressure sensors with a range of 0-10MPa.
6. Pump
2 material output pumps, equipped with 18 pump heads. Two sets of pumps can be selected: automatic mode (two pumps run in sequence), and the permeate after testing can be returned to the raw material tank. Manual mode (the front pump runs, the second pump reaches a liquid level of 90% in the beaker, and automatically starts discharging back to the material tank). The working part of the pump is not exposed and is equipped with a protective cover for protection.
The quick insertion method is convenient for disassembly (from the membrane pool to the equipment beaker, it is a capillary tube, and the pump pipeline is a regular silicone tube, for the convenience of quick pump withdrawal).
7. Display screen
The display screen can display in real-time the weight and conductivity of the permeate from 9 membrane tanks, the conductivity, pH, and temperature of the original solution, and 7 pressures (including the inlet and outlet pressure of the three sets of pipelines and the total inlet pressure).
It can record various data and form curves, and can be exported from external computers and USB drives.
