Product Introduction

The Ceramic membrane filtration experimental machine BONA-GM-22E can replace Ceramic membrane elements (UF, MF) with different pore diameters. Widely used in fields such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, environmental protection, etc., for process experiments such as separation, purification, clarification, and sterilization of feed liquids. It can replace traditional processes such as plate and frame filtration, centrifugal separation, solvent extraction, natural sedimentation, and diatomaceous earth filtration. It can reduce the amount of activated carbon used during decolorization, improve the adsorption efficiency of resin adsorption, and extend the regeneration cycle of ion exchange resin. The use of ceramic membrane filtration separation technology has the advantages of fast product filtration speed, high yield, good quality, low operating cost, and long service life.

Product Features

1. The experimental machine adopts integrated manufacturing, with simple equipment operation and equipped with casters, making it easy to move. The surface of the equipment has no sanitary dead corners and meets GMP requirements;

2. The system is equipped with a clear liquid flow meter, which can directly read the clear liquid flux;

3. The internal and external surfaces of equipment pipelines are of excellent quality, smooth and flat, clean and hygienic, safe and reliable, ensuring the pressure resistance and corrosion resistance of the equipment;

4. Equipment support wire drawing/polishing treatment, corner welds, external butt welds, and nozzle ends polished smooth and flush;

5. The pump is equipped with protection functions such as over temperature automatic protection, over pressure automatic protection, and low liquid level automatic protection, ensuring the absolute safety of experimental materials and equipment;

6. Other precision Ceramic membrane elements (20nm-1400nm) can be replaced;

7. The membrane components have passed the testing of GB4086.4-2016 and GB/T26572-2011;

8. The membrane shell adopts automatic argon filling protection, with single side welding and double-sided molding, ensuring safety and hygiene.
