Ceramic membrane filtration system (BNCM19-4-A) is a fully automatic production equipment, which consists of four 19 core membrane modules. Each membrane module contains 19 membrane elements, which can be used for the production of concentration, separation, purification, clarification and other processes of feed solution. This set of equipment can be replaced with 5nm-1500nm Ceramic membrane elements. Model of membrane element: BNM30-19-4-1200. The main components of the system include feed pump, circulating pump, slag discharge pump, Ceramic membrane components, control cabinet and system pipeline, circulating tank, cleaning tank, etc.
1. Host
The system adopts an integrated structural design and a skid mounted structure, with no sanitary dead corners on the equipment surface that meets GMP requirements.
The main equipment, except for the sealing parts, is made of SS316L stainless steel material.
Ø adopts automatic argon filling protection, single sided welding, double sided forming, all welds are polished and smooth, with a surface finish of Ra<1.0 µ m. Fillet welds, external butt welds, and nozzle ends are polished smoothly, while internal welds are polished flush. 2. Pump body
The circulation pump adopts domestic high-quality SS316 stainless steel centrifugal pump to ensure the pressure and flow required by the membrane filtration system. The pump has stable operation, reliable performance, strong corrosion resistance, and convenient installation and maintenance.
3. Tank body
The system needs to be equipped with one 500L cleaning tank and one 2000L circulating tank, which are designed with reserved pipelines, valves, reserved holes, etc. according to production and automation control needs.
4. Membrane components, membrane components
The pilot and pilot scale experiments show that the membrane filtration system elements are Bona high-quality Ceramic membrane elements with strong anti pollution ability, stable flux and easy cleaning. The equipment can be replaced with 5nm -1500nm Ceramic membrane components.
5. Seals
Based on years of relevant engineering experience and pilot test results of Bona Company, PTFE material is used for hard sealing materials such as system pipelines and valves, and PTFE+EPDM is used for membrane component seals. It is acid and alkali resistant, without any foreign objects falling off, and does not cause any pollution to equipment and products, ensuring the sealing stability and safety of the system.
6. Control system
The system adopts a human-machine Chinese display panel, which can display the actual operation of the unit. The operation of the membrane system is monitored and controlled by the touch screen, and the control system is reserved with an Ethernet interface to achieve online monitoring.
The filtration and cleaning processes can be automatically/manually controlled.
During automatic control, the system automatically adjusts the pressure, and the membrane group operates simultaneously to achieve the working process.
Manual control of the system is achieved through the touch screen, with automatic control modes such as operation mode, cleaning mode, and shutdown protection designed.
7. Self-control process
The system displays real-time working pressure, flow rate, temperature, tank level, pump operation or stop status, valve switch status, operation mode, operation status, alarm information, etc; The operating frequency of the circulating pump and feed pump can be set and displayed. The equipment operation history can be traced and the data should be stored for at least 24 months.
8. Safety devices
The system monitors all safety related parameters in real-time operation and has a self-protection function. It will respond accordingly or automatically shut down for protection according to different situations, beep alarms, and accurately record the fault location and cause. The alarm records can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button, which stops the system immediately when pressed, and enters standby mode when reset.
