Ceramic membrane filtration system (BNCM37-8-A) is an automatic production equipment. The equipment consists of eight 37 core membrane modules. Each membrane module contains 37 membrane elements, which can be used for the production of concentration, separation, purification, clarification and other processes of feed solution. 1. Host
The system adopts an integrated structural design and a skid mounted structure, with no sanitary dead corners on the equipment surface that meets GMP requirements.
The system is equipped with a security filter to avoid damage to the membrane core caused by the mixing of materials with foreign objects.

2. Pump body
The feed pump adopts a domestically produced high-quality horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pump (SS304), which uses a frequency converter to start control and provide pressure and external circulation flow for the membrane components. The pump provides high pressure, small volume, and reliable and stable performance.
The circulation pump adopts domestic high-quality horizontal SS304 stainless steel centrifugal pump, and the frequency converter startup control provides pressure and internal circulation flow rate (membrane surface flow rate) for the membrane components. It adopts a double end mechanical seal without oil seal, which will not cause material pollution due to seal wear. This pump provides high flow rate, stable and reliable operation, and strong corrosion resistance.
3. Tank body
The system is equipped with one cleaning tank, which is designed with reserved pipelines, valves, reserved holes, etc. according to production and automation control requirements.
4. Membrane components, membrane components
The small and pilot scale experiments show that the membrane element of the membrane filtration system adopts Bona high-quality Ceramic membrane element with strong anti pollution ability, stable flux and easy cleaning. The equipment can be replaced with 5nm -1500nm Ceramic membrane components.
5. Seals
Based on years of relevant engineering experience and pilot test results of Bona Company, hard sealing materials such as system pipelines and valves are made of PTEF material, and membrane component seals are made of PTFE+EPDM, which is acid and alkali resistant, without any foreign objects falling off, and does not cause any pollution to equipment and products, ensuring the sealing stability and safety of the system.
6. Safety devices
The system monitors all safety related parameters in real-time operation and has a self-protection function. It will respond or automatically shut down for protection according to different situations, beep alarms, and accurately record the fault location and cause. The alarm records can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button, which stops the system immediately when pressed, and enters standby mode when reset.
